Kyle Tavarez is a dedicated student at the University of Alabama, pursuing his passion for technology and innovation. He is actively involved in Crimson Racing Formula SAE, where he collaborates with fellow engineers to design and build high-performance race cars. As a member of Alpha Kappa Psi (AKPsi), he hones his leadership and professional development skills. Through the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), he fosters diversity in STEM and engages in community outreach, serving as an executive member.
Kyle is also an active FIRST Alumni and mentor, supporting the next generation of engineers and innovators. Since February 2023, he has been part of the team at Koppa, where he contributes to high-quality customer service and cutting-edge projects in artificial intelligence. His enthusiasm for problem-solving, hands-on engineering, and emerging technologies drives his commitment to continuous learning and growth.
